How to Apply For the PSER Program?
After you complete your registration, you can now proceed to apply for the PSER program. To submit your application, please provide the following details:
Health Status:
Please indicate whether you or any family member has a disability or chronic illness. Select “Yes” if applicable – additional options will appear.
If you have a disability, choose the relevant category:
- Upper limb disability
- Lower limb disability
- Mental disability
- Speech disability
- Hearing disability
- Visual disability

Education Status: During the application, you will be asked to share your educational background, including whether you can read a simple sentence in any language and the highest qualification you have attained. If you have never attended school, please mention the genuine reason for not doing so.
Employment Status: You will need to disclose your income for the previous month, along with the primary source of earnings and the type of work you do. Additionally, mention your main occupation and the average monthly cash income in Pakistani rupees. Next, provide your bank account details, including the bank name and account number. If you do not currently have a bank account, simply select the “No” option.

Basic Information: You are required to provide complete details of all your family members. This includes entering their full names, gender, date of birth, CNIC number (if applicable), and other necessary information.

Asset Information: This is an important section that plays a key role in determining your eligibility for the programe. Here, you will need to declare whether your family owns a house or any dwelling unit. If yes, please provide details about the property, including the construction materials used and the type of structure.

Please also share a few basic details about your home: what kind of toilet you use, where your family obtains drinking water from, and whether you have electricity (and if the meter is in your name or shared). Please let us know if anyone in the family owns animals like cows, buffaloes, goats, sheep, or horses, and if you have any farmland, even a small plot. Lastly, mention if anyone in the house owns a vehicle (such as a motorcycle, car, rickshaw, or tractor) and how many.
Agriculture Information: In this part, kindly let us know if your family owns any agricultural land. If you do, please mention the total size of the land and what type of crops are grown there (or whether it is cultivated or non-cultivated).

Miscellaneous: In the final section, you’ll need to answer a few additional questions: whether your family is currently receiving financial help from any other government or private program, if you sadly lost a child in the past year, whether you have access to the internet and a mobile phone, and if your household has been affected by any natural disaster (such as floods or earthquakes) in the last five years.
Review & Submit: Before finishing, carefully check all the information you’ve entered to make sure everything is correct and complete. This final review helps you spot and correct any mistakes, so your application goes through smoothly without problems later. Once you’re pleased with it, simply click the “Save and Submit” button to send your application.

If you’re unsure how to register, please visit the nearest registration centre and provide them with the required details. After registration, you will be enrolled in the PSER programe (پی ایس ای آر صارف کا اندراج). The team will check and confirm if you are eligible. Once your eligibility is approved, you will start getting a monthly allowance of 12,000, 15,000, or 25,000 rupees, depending on your needs.
